The firm provides direct equity investment in real estate projects as well as traditional brokerage services for debt and equity. Grander Capital has expertise in all real estate types including retail, multifamily, land, office, industrial and healthcare. Leadership
Hook Harmeling - Director
Hook Harmeling is the founder of Grander Capital. Mr. Harmeling is a real estate veteran having closed real estate transactions from coast to coast as well as Mexico and Canada. Mr. Harmeling has expertise in all areas of real estate including, multifamily, retail, office, industrial, residential (condominiums & lot development), hospitality and land. He has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a Real Estate “Heavy Hitter” and is an active member of ICSC, NTCAR and other real estate organizations.
Mr. Harmeling is an active philanthropist and is the Founder and President of the Ryan Gibson Foundation, a non-profit group that raises funding for leukemia research. Mr. Harmeling holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and speaks both English and Spanish.
Shelbi Delaney - Senior Closing Analyst
Shelbi Delaney is a Senior Closing Analyst at Grander Capital where she is responsible for financial analysis, project due diligence and closing processes for all types of commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Adams also supports the firm by preparing presentation and marketing materials for all property types. Ms. Adams background includes Commercial Lending and Originations. Prior to Grander Capital, Ms. Adams served as a Sales Analyst for Arbor Commercial Mortgage as a part of their loan origination group.
Ms. Adams earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University and is active in the real estate community.
Elise Webb - Senior Closing Analyst
Elise Webb is a Senior Closing Analyst at Grander Capital where she is primarily responsible for project due diligence and preparing presentation and marketing materials for all property types. Ms. Webb also supports the firm by providing administrative and project management support on all transactions. Prior to Grander Capital, Ms. Webb earned her Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The University of Oklahoma. She also served as a Financial Consultant at Equitable Advisors in Dallas.
Sam Dargene - Associate
Sam Dargene is an Associate at Grander Capital where he is responsible for originating debt placement transactions, project support and project due diligence. Mr. Dargene’s backround includes commercial lending, asset management and Investment Sales analysis. Prior to his role at Grander Capital, Mr. Dargene served as a Financial Analyst supporting both Investment Sales and Capital Markets teams. Mr. Dargene is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management.
